
Linda Tarrant-Reid, Executive Director of the Lincoln Park Conservancy in New Rochelle, at an exhibit at the New Rochelle Library titled “History Restored, Black Entrepreneurship” Feb. 12, 2025. Tarrant-Reid curated, researched, and wrote the text for the exhibit, which traces the history of Black Entrepreneurship and Black owned businesses in New Rochelle and throughout the United States in the early and middle parts of the 20th century. The exhibit, tied to Black History Month, is on display through February. It will be on display again in June to help celebrate Juneteenth.
